Julie Kyhn Sindby

The green transition requires solutions that balance complex societal and economic considerations. With an analytical perspective, Julie explores how strategic decisions and collaboration can drive environmentally sustainable development and create tangible change in the built environment.

Currently studying for her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Politics at CBS, Julie has gained insight into the dynamics between market and non-market strategies, as well as an understanding of how economic and political processes influence corporate decisions and societal developments. When it comes to the context of the green transition, she is particularly interested in the role of businesses developing sustainable solutions that are both commercially robust and economically scalable.

At Smith Innovation, Julie supports project managers in developing business models and investment foundations that support sustainable solutions and innovation across the built environment value chain. The goal is to create structures and strategies that promote the planetary transition through solutions that are both economically viable and technically grounded.

Sustainability requires insight as well as action

Julie has developed strong analytical skills through her studies, along with a critical approach to data and complex issues. She combines quantitative and qualitative methods with a strategic understanding that ensures holistic and sustainable solutions.
