This year, we chose the inviting atmosphere of STUDIET for our discussions. Its cozy, offbeat vibe offered a refreshing change from the usual office setting.
This subtle shift in scenery worked wonders, sparking thoughtful conversations that delved deep into our core. We explored where we need to grow, what we truly value, and the kind of people and personalities we want to welcome to the team. These introspective dialogues reaffirmed our belief that the right environment can unlock powerful ideas. But it wasn’t all talk. We traded in our pens and laptops for foils and masks, diving into a few hours of fencing. Beyond the thrill of the sport, fencing served as a vivid metaphor for teamwork and strategy.
