Smith facilitates partnerships where there is a strong alignment between shared vision and action in practice. We help to establish the common ground and shared objectives/goals that enable individuals in the partnership to do what they do best while moving in the same direction.

Our approach is characterised by the belief that strong partnerships have a flat hierarchy. Therefore, all partners must be motivated to participate and the interests of both the partnership and the individual partners must be taken into account. 

We believe that facilitating partnerships should be done neutrally, creating an equal and trusting framework to which all parties want to contribute. We excel in partnerships that aim to solve specific challenges, and we structure our work to take advantage of the unique repeating effects within the partnership that ensure maximum progress.
